Our Standard: All items are made and assembled fresh in a health department licensed kitchen.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation Policy: If you no longer need your order please cancel within 48 hours to receive a full refund. Due to preparing and using fresh ingredients which impacts our ability to restock/reuse items, if it is under 48 hours your order is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
