Where is your shop located and what are the hours?

Our shop is located at:
214 Peterson Road
Libertyville, IL 60048

Shop hours:

  • Monday - Saturday: 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Sunday: 9 AM - 2 PM
  • Hours may change seasonally

How long can my board be left out without any food going bad?

Our boards and boxes can be left at room temperature for up to 6 hours. If enjoying later, place your board on ice in a cooler or in the refrigerator.

Where is the food prepared? Is it fresh?

Yes! All items are made and assembled fresh in a health department licensed kitchen.

What is your nut policy?

As a standard, we do not include any nuts in our products due to our concern for allergies. If you would like nuts with your order, please select "include nuts" on the dietary options section when ordering.

What do I do with the board when I am done? Can I keep it?

You may return your board, box, and dishes to our shop at anytime, we can come pick everything up from you, or you may keep the board for an additional fee.

Can I order my box to be delivered at a specific time?

Due to increase in delivery needs, we now offer multiple delivery windows.

  • 8 AM - 11 AM
  • 11 AM - 2 PM
  • 2 PM - 6 PM

Will I receive any confirmation about my order?

Yes! Check your email for confirmation and details about your order. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam. Your email will come from customerservice@mycharcuterie.com.

Do you have gluten-free and vegan options? If so, does it cost extra?

Yes we do, and no it does not! We have multiple dietary options. When building your board, you can select gluten-free, vegan, dairy free, vegetarian, keto, no pork, and choose to include or not to include nuts - all for no extra cost!

Does my board come ready to serve?

Yes! Remove the plastic wrap by cutting along the base of your board and remove it.
