A birthday, a gathering of friends, or just wanting to feel like royalty, a luxury picnic will grant their every wish! The whimsical picnic transforms any space into an enchanting fairy tale. There will be a kid’s charcuterie board of meats, cheeses, fruits, sweets, and a little princess doll to watch over the festivities. We will thank everyone for coming by including 4 party favors for the guests to take home.

A deposit of $150 is fully refundable once all items have been returned and are in the same condition as when dropped off. My charCUTErie will have photos of all items in your location to make the pick up as easy as possible.

As with all our Parties, our simple setup and takedown are all covered in standard pricing. You won’t have to worry because we deliver, stylize your party, and pick up the same day. You are left to just enjoy your party.

Set up is included with the package, including tent, tables, and all display items pictured. Set up should take place 2 hours prior to your party start time.
Takedown and removal of ALL supplies will be arranged with you, the latest time available is 10pm the same day. Delivery/Pick up fee is $60 within 20 miles of zip code 60045. Distance beyond this radius is on a ‘per job basis’, let us know your location and we will discuss. Special requests? Just ask!

Delivery charge is NOT INCLUDED.

Basic Tent package can be set up indoors or outdoors and requires a minimum space that is 8’ x 10’. We are happy to work with you on deciding the perfect location for your party.
The renter is responsible for selecting the location and acquiring permission for use if needed. We are happy to discuss logistics with the location you would like. We have extensive items that are included with each rental, therefor locations that require extra hauling, limited access, or stairs might have an additional fee.
