Winter Wonderland Luxury Picnic

Turn your house into the perfect retreat or the perfect intimate date night.

Booking your Luxury Picnic:
As with all our Parties our simple set up and takedown is all covered in standard pricing. You won’t have to worry because we deliver, stylize your party, and pick up the same day. You are left to just enjoy your party. A deposit of $150 is fully refundable once all items have been returned and are in the same condition as when dropped off. My charCUTErie will have photos of all items in your location to make the pick up as easy as possible.

Delivery/Set Up/Pick Up:
Set up is included with the package, including tent, tables, and all display items pictured. Set up should take place 2 hours prior to your party start time.
Takedown and removal of ALL supplies will be arranged with you, the latest time available is 10pm the same day. Delivery/Pick up fee is $75 within 20 miles of zip code 60045. Distance beyond this radius is on a ‘per job basis’, let us know your location and we will discuss.

Space Requirements:
Basic Tent package can be set up indoors or outdoors and requires a minimum space that is 8’ x 10’. We are happy to work with you on deciding the perfect location for your party.

Selecting a Location:
Renter is responsible for selecting the location and acquiring permission for use if needed. We are happy to discuss logistics with the location you would like. We have extensive items that are included with each rental, therefor locations that require extra hauling, limited access, or stairs might have an additional fee.
